Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc., (NASDAQ: WINN), plans to hold an investor conference call and simultaneous audio webcast on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at 8:30 a.m. (ET) to discuss its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2010.

The Company plans to file its financial results with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday, October 26, 2009.
