Boston Properties, Inc. (NYSE: BXP), a real estate investment trust, announced today that Richard E. Salomon has decided that he will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors upon the conclusion of his term at the 2010 annual meeting of stockholders in order to devote more time to his other business interests. Mr. Salomon has served on the Company’s Board of Directors since November 1998, and he currently serves as Chairman of the Company’s Compensation Committee.
