In Conrad’s most recent position as the COO of MicroVision Optical, a San Diego company, he successfully managed the marketing and operations of Callaway Golf Eyewear for US and International consumer markets. Conrad’s 20 years of experience in operations, management and international business will serve as a valuable asset to PepperBall Technologies as the company launches new products into the consumer and institutional markets. Conrad’s first initiatives will be to focus on the new handheld SA-4, a less-lethal four shot pistol that delivers twice the kinetic force of PepperBall standard rounds.
