Item 1.01                      Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On January 4, 2008, the Registrant entered into an amendment extending its OLED Materials Supply and Service Agreement with PPG Industries, Inc. for an additional three years.  The term of the Agreement now runs through December 31, 2011.  The amendment had no impact on any other provisions of the Agreement.
