On February 19, 2013, Magellan Gold Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its plans to update efforts to advance its flagship project located in the historic Silver District, La Paz County, Arizona.
Magellan has been reviewing extensive data from prior exploration activities in the project area and is developing a 2013 exploration plan. A copy of the press release is attached hereto.
