Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; change in Fiscal Year.
In order to align with the reporting schedule of its controlling stockholder, SoftBank Corp., on February 19, 2014, the Sprint Corporation (the “Company”) Board of Directors approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year end to March 31. As a result, the Company expects to file an additional Annual Report on Form 10-K for the transition period from January 1, 2014 to March 31, 2014.
