The registrant has experienced a delay in preparing the Form 20-F and the financial statements required in the Form 20-F for the year ended March 31, 2016 and needs additional time to complete the Form 20-F and the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2016.

The registrant expects comprehensive income of approximately $2,021,000 during the fiscal year ended March 31, 2016 as compared to comprehensive income of approximately $1,233,000 during the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015, an increase in comprehensive income of $788,000. The Registrant expects that its income from operations will be approximately $3,302,000 for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2016, as compared to income from operations of approximately $462,000 for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015, an increase in income from operations of $2,840,000.
