On May 7, 2003, Media Arts Group, Inc. (“Media Arts”) is issuing a press release regarding its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2003 ended March 31, 2003. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K. On May 8, 2003, Media Arts will be holding a conference call to discuss such financial results.
