On March 3, 2005, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company has been notified by the Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association (FEMA) that certain of its savory enhancers have been determined to be Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) under the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
