Please note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 5, 2008 – February 6, 2008 in Mumbai (India), inter alia, to :

 

i) Consider and take on record the audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2007;

 

ii) Consider the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ended December 31, 2007; and

 

iii) Consider a proposal for buy-back of equity shares of the Company.
