On July 24, 2008, Huntsman Corporation sent a letter to Craig Morrison of Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc. (“Hexion”) and Joshua Harris of Apollo Management VI, L.P. requesting Hexion’s consent to share Hexion confidential information with certain potential investors.
