On November 17, 2008, Primoris Services Corporation (“Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial performance for the period ended September 30, 2008.

Declaration of Dividend

 

On November 10, 2008, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.025 per share on the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock, payable to stockholders of record as of December 23, 2008 with an anticipated distribution date on or about January 15, 2009.
