On March 24, 2015, Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (“the Company”) issued a press release announcing its receipt of a notice from the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) regarding the Company’s compliance with NYSE listing requirements.  A copy of this press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
