Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On May 25, 2018, Rite Aid Corporation (the “Company”) issued a notice of redemption for all $805,169,000 aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 6.75% Senior Notes due 2021 (the “Notes”) on June 25, 2018 (the “Redemption Date”). The redemption price for the Notes is equal to 101.688% of the principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to but excluding the Redemption Date.

 

A copy of the press release announcing the redemption is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
