Item 7.01 – Regulation FD Disclosure
On December 2, 2008, Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (“CME”) issued a press release announcing CME’s expectations for key debt covenant ratios as at December 31, 2008 as well as sales negotiations progress for 2009.
Information about CME included in the attached press release will be presented by CME in Prague, the Czech Republic on December 3, 2008 at 11 a.m. local time. The slides for this presentation will be available on CME’s website at www.cetv-net.com immediately prior to
the presentation.
