Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 12, 2007, Fuwei Films (Holdings) Co. Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release containing certain preliminary financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2007. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. Such financial results are unaudited, have not been reviewed by and independent accountant and are subject to adjustment.
