    On October 24, 2011, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per share, representing an increase of $0.03 per share in the regular quarterly dividend.  The entire text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
