Adoption of 2015 Stock Incentive Plan

 

On July 3, 2015, SouFun Holdings Limited (the “Company”) held its 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders. During the meeting, the shareholders passed an ordinary resolution adopting the 2015 Stock Incentive Plan. Attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 6-K is the 2015 Stock Incentive Plan.
