Fang Holdings Limited (the “Company”) recently appointed Dr. Frank Hua Lei as the acting Chief Financial Officer during the period when CFO, Mr. Kent Huang, will be half time working for his health check. A press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.

 

The Company’s name change from SouFun Holdings Limited to Fang Holdings Limited is due to take effect at the open of trading on September 23, 2016. The Company has retained its ticker symbol of “SFUN” on The New York Stock Exchange.
