On December 15, 2016, Fang Holdings Limited completed the repurchase of certain 2.00% Convertible Senior Notes due 2018 (the “Notes”). An aggregate principal amount of US$394,300,000 of the Notes was tendered for repurchase, representing approximately 98.6% of the outstanding principal amount of the Notes prior to such repurchase.
