The Line of Credit accrues interest at a rate equal to, at the Company's option, the bank's prime rate minus 0.50 percentage points or the 14-30 day LIBOR plus 1.25%. The Company must pay a fee of 0.20% on the unused portion of the Line of Credit. The Line of Credit is secured by the Company's equipment and fixtures, inventory, accounts and receivables. The terms of the Line of Credit require the Company to meet certain customary financial and non-financial covenants, including a financial covenant that the Company must maintain an EBITDA, as defined, of at least $2 million, as measured on a rolling four quarter basis.
