ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

          On August 27, 2014, Cash America International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that on August 25, 2014 it completed the sale of 47 pawn lending locations in Mexico and 5 pawn lending locations in Colorado.
