The quarterly report of Sopac Cellular Solutions, Inc. on Form 10-Q could not be
filed within the prescribed time period because the necessary review of the
quarterly report on Form 10-Q and receipt of the signatures thereto could not be
obtained in a timely fashion prior to the due date of the report.
