Kamada Ltd. reports that interest rate for its Series C Debentures for the period commencing on September 1, 2015 and ending on November 30, 2015 will be at a rate of 1.54744%. The interest rate of 1.54744% is based on an annual interest rate of 6.18976%. The interest will be payable on December 1, 2015 to debenture holders of record on November 19, 2015. The ex-date is November 19, 2015.
