Following the vesting on 8 July 2014 of 50% of an award made on 8 July 2010 under the GlaxoSmithKline Deferred Investment Award Plan ('the Plan'), Mrs Whyte will receive a cash payment of 1563.75 pence per share in respect of 6,836.618 notional Ordinary shares on 18 July 2014.
