On April 14, 2004, Extreme Networks, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 28, 2004. On May 12, 2004, the Company filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 28, 2004. Investors should note that since the issuance of the April 14, 2004 press release, the Company has made some minor adjustments to the accounts receivable, other current assets and accrued liabilities line items on its balance sheet. These adjustments are reflected in the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 28, 2004.
