Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 7, 2005, The Finish Line, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has signed an agreement to acquire The Hang Up Shoppes, Inc., a leading hip-hop fashion retailer doing business under the trade name Man Alive.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
