Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

On August 12, 2005, Flow International Corporation (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Current Report”) regarding the appointment of Douglas Fletcher as the Company’s interim Chief Financial Officer until a permanent replacement is named. The Current Report is supplemented to state that Monique Liard, the Company’s current Principal Accounting Officer, will work closely with Mr. Fletcher during this interim assignment and will sign the Company’s filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission in her capacity as the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer and Principal Financial Officer.
