Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

On November 9, 2005, the Board of Directors of Learning Tree International elected Nicholas R. Schacht, its President and Chief Executive Officer, as a Class I member of its board of directors with a term expiring at the 2007 annual meeting. Mr. Schacht is 46 years old.
