On September 14, 2007, BioDelivery Sciences International, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release relating to the Companys receipt of a $30 million upfront payment from Meda AB, a Swedish company, pursuant to a license agreement for the commercialization and distribution of the Companys BEMA Fentanyl product.
