On November 13, 2007, GateHouse Media, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit 99.1, announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007, and announcing a conference call to review these results.

(the “Company”) issued a press release, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.40 per share on its common stock for the quarter ending December 31, 2007, payable on January 15, 2008 to holders of record of the Company’s common stock on December 31, 2007.
