On December 17, 2007, officers of Humana Inc. (the “Company”) will be meeting with investors and analysts. During the meetings, the Company intends to address its prospects and historical performance and will reaffirm the Company’s earnings guidance for the full year 2007, as announced in a press release and conference call on October 29, 2007. A copy of the Company’s third quarter 2007 earnings press release was attached as Exhibit 99 to the Form 8-K filed by the Company to the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 29, 2007. A copy can also be found on the Company’s website at www.humana.com.
