On May 30, 2008, BioDelivery Sciences International, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release regarding the Companys presentation of results from its Phase III clinical studies assessing the efficacy and safety of BEMA Fentanyl at a poster session during the 44th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) in Chicago on May 31, 2008.
