On August 10, 2010, Learning Tree International, Inc. issued a press release setting forth its results for its third quarter of fiscal year 2010, which ended July 2, 2010. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

The press release issued by Learning Tree International, Inc. on August 10, 2010, discussed above, also announced a special dividend of $2.20 per share to all stockholders of record as of August 20, 2010, which is payable on September 10, 2010.
