Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. amends its report on Form 6-K furnished to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on January 23, 2012 (the “Form 6-K”) solely to re-submit the Interactive Data File with respect to the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements included in the Form 6-K. The Interactive Data File was not submitted to the Commission due to a technical transmission error.
