Item 7.01 . Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 20, 2013, officers of SunCoke Energy Partners GP LLC, the general partner of SunCoke Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Company”) will participate in meetings with investors at the Brean Capital Global Resources & Infrastructure Conference in New York, New York. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 are the slides that will be made available to investors at those meetings.
