On September 26, 2013, W. Andrew Wright, III informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Addus HomeCare Corporation (the “Corporation”) that he is resigning his position as a director, effective September 30, 2013, to spend more time with his family and on charitable and recreational activities. The Board thanks Mr. Wright for his contributions and wishes him well in the future.
