CVB Financial Corp. President and Chief Executive Officer, Christopher D. Myers, will be making a presentation and hosting one-on-one meetings with investors at the 16th Annual Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Community Bank Investor Conference on Tuesday, July 28, 2015. The conference will take place at the Grand Hyatt in New York City, NY from July 28 to July 29, 2015. The July 2015 slide presentation updated to reflect second quarter 2015 financial information, is included as Exhibit 99.1 of this report. On July 24, 2015, CVB Financial Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release relating to its President and Chief Executive Officer, Christopher D. Myers’ presentation of the slides in Exhibit 99.1 of this report to various investors at the 16th Annual Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Community Bank Investor Conference on Tuesday, July 28, 2015. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is being furnished pursuant to this Item 8.01.
