(the “Company”) is furnishing supplemental slides, which have been added to the Investor Presentation that was furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 26, 2016 (the “Supplemented January 26th Investor Presentation”) attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein. The Supplemented January 26th Investor Presentation, which the Company may use from time to time in presentations to investors and other stakeholders, will also be available on the Company’s website at www.aig.com.

In addition, the Company is furnishing an analysis by management consulting firm Oliver Wyman, attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and a memorandum of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, attached as Exhibit 99.3 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, both of which are incorporated by reference herein.
