Item 2.02.  Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 24, 2019, SunCoke Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the first quarter of 2019. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
