SUPPLEMENTARY RELEVANT FACT - RECTIFICATION

At item 2 of the Supplementary Relevant Fact released on June 18, 2004, (Ratio of Exchange - 3rd Stage), concerning the ratios of exchange for each Telemat share, where it reads " ...for 9,056 shares of TCOPart", should be replaced with "...for 90,563 shares of TCOPart", referring to both common and preferred shares.
