(1) The shares of Series A Common Stock and Series B Common Stock, respectively, of Starz described in this report are held by LG Leopard Canada LP ("Leopard"), an Ontario limited partnership. The sole general partner of Leopard is LG Leopard GP Canada Inc., an Ontario corporation ("Leopard GP"), and the sole limited partner of Leopard is Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. ("Lions Gate"), a British Columbia corporation. Lions Gate is the sole stockholder of Leopard GP. By virtue of Leopard GP's capacity as the sole general partner of Leopard and Lions Gate's capacity as the sole limited partner of Leopard, Leopard GP and Lions Gate may be deemed to beneficially own the shares held by Leopard.
