GOL invites to its Conference Call about the Traffic Figures for 1Q15

São Paulo, April 24, 2015 - GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (NYSE: GOL and BM&FBOVESPA: GOLL4), (S&P: B, Fitch: B-, Moody's: B3), the largest low-cost and best-fare airline in Latin America, hereby announces that its preliminary air traffic figures for March 2015 and consolidated results for the first quarter of 2015 will be released on April 27 before BM&FBOVESPA negotiation.

The Company is also announcing its 1Q15 disclosure schedule. The quiet period will begin on April 28, the disclosure of results will take place on May 12 after the market closes, and the conference calls in Portuguese and English will be held on May 13.
