Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 11, 2015, OPKO Health, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing operating and financial highlights for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
