Item 8.01.   Other Events.

On November 14, 2018, Green Plains Inc. announced that its board of directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on December 14, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 27, 2018.
