Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On March 3, 2014, Adrian Taylor provided notice to the Company of his intention to resign from his position as Vice President of Finance and Controller of the Company. Mr. Taylor provided notice of his intent to resign in order to accept a senior executive position at another company. The resignation will be effective on or about March 14, 2014 and John Luttrell, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will assume the duties of Controller as of such date until a new Controller is appointed.
