Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b)     On November 29, 2018, General Motors Company (“GM”) announced that, effective January 1, 2019, Dan Ammann, GM’s President, will transition from that position to assume the position of Chief Executive Officer of GM Cruise Holdings LLC, GM’s subsidiary dedicated to building, growing and investing in its autonomous vehicle business.
