Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On November 18, 2010, Brown-Forman Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors increased its regular quarterly cash dividend on its Class A and Class B Common Stock to $0.32 per share.  Stockholders of record on December 7, 2010 will receive the quarterly cash dividend on December 27, 2010.

Historically, quarterly dividends declared in November have been paid in early January of the following calendar year.  However, with the uncertainty surrounding the renewal of the current dividend tax rates that expire on December 31, 2010, the Company chose to accelerate the dividend payment, which will result in five cash dividend payments for calendar 2010.

A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exibit 99.1. The information furnished pursuant to this Item 7.01 (and the related information in Exhibit 99.1) shall not be deemed "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Exchange Act, and shall not be deemed to be incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such filing.
