On August 18, 2014, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Entravision Communications Corporation (the “Company”) approved the repurchase of up to $10 million of the Company’s outstanding common stock.  Under the share repurchase program, the Company is authorized to purchase shares from time to time through open market purchases or negotiated purchases, subject to market conditions and other factors.  The stock repurchase program may be suspended or discontinued at any time without prior notice.  A copy of the press release issued by the Company on August 19, 2014 in connection therewith is filed as Exhibit 99.1.
