Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 9, 2016, Lumentum Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) reported results for its fiscal fourth quarter ended July 2, 2016. The Company also posted a slide presentation entitled “Q4 FY16 Conference Call” dated August 9, 2016 on the “Events and Presentations” section of its website (www.lumentum.com). Copies of the Company’s press release and slide presentation are furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively.
